The Lucky Fig is a ‘farm to streets’ food truck
serving Modern Italian creations.

We design our menu by looking at what is currently available at the local markets, searching for the best and freshest ingredients and relying in local farmers we trust. We use meat that only comes from the Dallas area farms. Bison, beef and lamb are grass fed and pastured; pork is non GMO, no corn and no soy fed. 

The food is inspired by Italian classics, transformed with a twist of modern street food.

Meatballs, riceballs and polenta fries are definitely ‘fan favorites’, but we are bringing truck food to another level with homemade bread for our panini and homemade pasta.

Every ingredient that can be made by our hands is prepared in the house: pickles, sauces, fresh ricotta made from local milk, mayonnaise from local organic cage-free eggs, and homemade pastas are just some of the ingredients we make daily in our prep kitchen.

Our customers are part of our daily life and like part of our family. We care a lot of what we put on the table for our families and we use the same care for the food we serve on the truck.

We only use eco friendly packaging and materials for your food and drinks because part of caring about our customers and family is caring about the environment around them.

The Lucky Fig is a 1954 Ford P500. It used to be one of the first USPS delivery trucks out of Portland, OR and has been renovated to drive daily and house a modern kitchen powered by Electrolux.

Its unique style matches just perfectly the unique flavors we are serving you combining rustic ingredients, old Italian favorites and modern takes on delicious food.
