We think it is very important to understand where your food comes from; how the vegetables were grown and how the animals were raised and treated. At The Lucky Fig, we source almost everything personally: what cannot be find locally is organic and what can be made in the house is made with our hands.
We also use “made in Texas” cheeses, as well as as Italian imported classics like Parmigiano Reggiano, Montasio, Gorgonzola Dolce, Fontina and Taleggio. We also make homemade pasta for our daily pasta specials.
We use meat that comes from Texas. The beef we use is pastured and grass fed, the eggs we use are from organically fed and cage free chickens and the pork is non GMO, no corn, no soy fed.
We take a lot of pride in the food we serve because we like to consider every of our guests as family and we want nothing but the best for you.
